Miss Micaela, with a B.S. in Secondary ELA Education and an M.A. in Educational Innovation & Inclusive Practices, spearheads curriculum development at Literacy Marvel. She is passionate about connecting with students across age groups and takes joy in showcasing their immense potential. She loves to infuse critical thinking skills into all of her lessons. Her favorite writing style is persuasive and her favorite book is Everlost by Neal Shusterman.
Ms. Tabitha
Ms. Tabitha, with a BA in English (focused on literature & journalism), brings versatile writing skills developed in over 3 years of university newspaper editing, podcasting, & nonprofit newsletters. With 3 years of teaching experience, she finds reward in forming connections with students and encouraging them as the material "clicks!" Her favorite writing style is creative nonfiction and her favorite book (although it changes regularly) is currently the original Dracula.
